Tasting Menu at Katunar Estate:

Welcome with Sparkling Wine!
Katunar Sparkling Wine – produced using the Charmat method, refreshing with light notes of citrus and green apples.

White Wines:
Žlahtina – an indigenous variety from the island of Krk, this light and fresh wine has a mineral character and floral notes, making it ideal with local seafood.
Chardonnay – an elegant and fruity wine with subtle tones of vanilla and oak, aged in Slavonian barrels.

Red Wines:
Syrah – a rich and full-bodied wine with pronounced notes of black fruit, spices, and subtle hints of chocolate.
Merlot – a soft and harmonious wine with layered flavors of plum, cherry, and oak, perfect with meat specialties.

Dessert Wines:
Muscato – an aromatic and sweet wine, perfect for the end of the tasting, with pronounced notes of honey and dried fruit.

Additional Offerings:
Local Delicacies – alongside the wines, you can taste carefully selected cheeses, prosciutto, olives, and homemade bread.
